About this race
Road Race Psary is a road cycling race held in May in Psary, a village within the Psary municipality of Będzin county, Silesian Voivodeship, Poland. It is contested as the Silesia Bike Road Race for the Mayor of Psary's Cup. The event concludes at the LKS Iskra Psary stadium. The primary course is a demanding 24.63 km road circuit featuring 273 meters of elevation gain and descent, distinguishing it from a simple flat loop.
The race is part of the Silesia Bike program, attracting road cycling enthusiasts from throughout Poland. Starts are organized by age and category. The event's scope extends beyond Psary into the broader Silesian and Beskid regions, and it can be linked with Kryterium Asów, a historic Polish cycling competition. The race village offers partner displays, a medical station, and bicycle cleaning facilities, alongside a KIDO race for younger participants.
