Bieg Nadziei 2026

Bieg Nadziei is a September road race held in Środa Wielkopolska, starting and finishing on Stary Rynek, the old market square. Participants can select either the 10 km main race or a 3.7 km distance. The shorter route is also available for Nordic walkers. The participant limit is 500, though the organizer may increase this number. All available spots have been sold. The course follows city streets and roads surrounding Środa Wielkopolska. It features a flat profile with an asphalt surface for most of the way, including a brief cobblestone segment. Water stations are located around the 5.5 km mark and at the finish line. Both running distances include professional timing. The event also holds the Wielkopolska Lawyers Championships title, and organizers provide free training plans for runners of various skill levels.
