Corrida LouROSA 2026

Corrida Rosa begins and ends at Parque do Rio on Avenida de Lourosa, in Lourosa, Santa Maria da Feira. This 5 km event is exclusively for women, offering a timed race option for competitive runners and a 5 km walk for those joining with friends or family. The event brings together hundreds of women, focusing on health, well-being, solidarity, and the pink theme reflected in the shirts and race materials. The route remains within the city, following the main Lourosa/Lamas road on asphalt, with a predominantly flat profile. Obra do Frei Gil and the Municipal Chamber organize the event. Participants receive a kit including a pink technical shirt, a finisher medal, and a towel. Music and entertainment are provided along the 5 km course, concluding with a social gathering at Parque do Rio. Lourosa provides a local setting with its industrial and community traditions, and nearby attractions include Fogaça de Santa Maria da Feira and the Lourosa Ornithological Park.
