Förbifartspremiären

Förbifartspremiären is a unique run and walk on Stockholm’s new E4 highway before it opens to vehicles. Starting and finishing at the new Akalla interchange, the event accommodates both novice and seasoned participants. A competitive 12 km race is offered, alongside recreational runs of approximately 4, 7, or 12 km, and a 4 km walk named Herr Gårman. The course crosses sections of the new road, both above ground and within tunnel segments, marking the event's distinctive character. Participants will access the highway before its public opening, offering a perspective on a significant infrastructure project from within. The event welcomes runners, joggers, and walkers, with shorter distances designed for those who don't typically compete in races.
