Locals keep the hard stuff short, then use shaded trails and easy spins. Fall brings the anchor feel, with PINK OUT 5K & 1 MILE, Macon Labor Day Road Race, and trail races on the schedule. Macon’s Big Bike Ride also lands in November. Winter keeps both sports alive. Holiday 5K, & 10K lands on December 26th. Runners race more by feel.
