Blackwater Canyon Half Marathon

The Blackwater Canyon railroad grade and Allegheny Highlands Trail host a point-to-point race. It descends about 1400' over pavement, dirt, and crushed stone, following the North Fork Blackwater River. For a challenge, try the Black-Hel Double: completing this race and the Helvetia 10k earns a special hat. Finishers receive locally made medallions, and top awards are custom handmade mugs.
