The Dad Bod Summer Sweat 5K embraces the summer heat and highlights Men’s Mental Health Month. Join NAMI Gwinnett to champion mental wellness, support community programs, and help break the stigma. This race celebrates dads, father figures, brothers, uncles, mentors, and anyone committed to better physical and mental health. Run near Coolray Field, the starting and finishing area.
