About this race
The 9th Annual Foster the Future Run is a wonderful wellness opportunity held just north of the world famous Rose Bowl. This event is part of the broader Beyond Foster Care Wellness Fest, dedicated to supporting Journey House, Pasadena, which has provided services for former foster youth since 1983. Journey House helps young adults live fully independent, successful lives.
Your participation in this 5/10K Run/Walk directly contributes to Journey House's mission. The organization provides emotional support, guidance, and financial aid to former foster and probation youth, helping with the cost of attending college and vocational schools. This community event creates opportunities for advancement in education, economic stability, and a better quality of life for these young adults.
