Frantic Frog Spring Sprint Triathlon and 5k

The Frantic Frog Spring Sprint Triathlon includes a 500-meter swim from the pier with a rectangular course and beach exit. The 14-mile bike is an out & back course, as is the 5K run, which heads into the campground before returning to the finish. A separate 5K run is also available, following the same out and back route. All finishers receive medals. Enjoy the beauty and challenge in this Northern Alabama venue.
