67th Heart of America Marathon. Second oldest continuously running marathon in the US. Low-frill, hometown feel with deep community roots. Run the race with HEART — heat, hills, and humidity are included. Tackle Easley Hill and enjoy rural landscapes along Route N, with sections on the Katy Trail, gravel roads, and Missouri River views, passing Cooper’s Landing and the Pierpont General Store.
