About this race
This ultramarathon takes place primarily on the Ice Age National Scenic Trail in Wisconsin's Southern Kettle Moraine Forest, close to La Grange. It is one of the oldest ultras in the country that has been run continuously, reflecting its lasting challenge and history.
A course unlike any other, it features trails that change from "flat and soft grassy double-track to twisting and technical single-track." This event attracts dedicated ultra runners to its demanding terrain. After competing on the trail, all participants receive a complimentary Post Race BBQ Dinner, provided by Glenn's Market in Watertown, at the finish area.
