The Longest Day Mile is a track race, four times around the Phoenix High School Track. Heats are organized by pace, from sub 5:45 to 11 minutes and up. A $100 prize awaits any male running sub 4:00 minutes or any female sub 4:40 minutes. No headphones, strollers, or similar items permitted.
