About this race
Westerville Sports Complex hosts a 5K, 10K, and Kiddo Dash to support maternal mental health. This event is for all "mom kind"—caregivers, fur moms, and those affected by pregnancy or postpartum struggles. Proceeds benefit POEM Ohio (Perinatal Outreach and Encouragement for Moms), aiming to help moms feel heard, understood, and empowered. We are working to change the fact that mental health conditions are the most common complications of pregnancy and childbirth. The event includes a Motherhood Village with local businesses, food, and fun. This is the 3rd Annual Mom Day 5K, 10K + Kiddo Dash.
