Pace in Parks! is a 10-week 5K and 10K training program from John's Run/Walk Shop and Lexington Parks and Recreation. RRCA certified coaches welcome all paces and fitness levels, preparing for the Bluegrass 10,000. The goal: running or walking the 10K, 5K, or 1-Mile Fun Run. Join anytime!
