Philly Run Fest

Philly Run Fest begins and ends near the Please Touch Museum in Fairmount Park. The 5K, 10K, and 15K road races utilize the same race-day facilities. The start is on Avenue of the Republic. The event uses chip timing and provides a shirt, medal, bag check, and post-race beer for participants aged 21 and over. It is a park race, focusing on traffic-free running within one of the nation's largest urban parks, rather than a city-street tour. The course consists of loops. 5K participants run one loop, 10K participants run two, and 15K participants run three. All distances pass a hydration station at approximately mile 1.5. 10K and 15K participants will also pass a station around mile 3.2. Spectators can gather at the Start/Finish Cheer Zone by the Please Touch Museum. Participants typically pick up bibs before race day at Philadelphia Runner University City, unless they opt for race-day pickup during registration.
