Port Aransas Turkey Trot 2026

The Port Aransas Turkey Trot is a Thanksgiving race held at Cinnamon Shore in Port Aransas, Texas, offering 10K, 5K, 2K, and 1K Turkey & Tot Trot distances. Established in 2022, the event accommodates a broad range of participants, including families and visitors walking with children, as well as runners seeking an extended beach course. The 10K route follows the 5K path before continuing further along the beach and through Cinnamon Shore, deviating from a simple repeat loop. Race day also features food trucks, children's inflatables, music, lawn games, and a vendor village. A packet pickup event, known as Gobble on the Grand, precedes the race. Trinity-By-the-Sea Episcopal Church directs the event, with all proceeds benefiting Trinity by the Sea Episcopal Day School, Port Aransas's sole day school, supporting its programs and scholarships.
