Support the first Hope Starts Here 5K for Mental Health Awareness. This run/walk fights mental health stigma and increases access to care. Your participation allows Light of Hope 501C3 to offer free and sliding fee scale individual and group counseling sessions, and to fund speaking engagements on stress reduction and team leadership. Support mental health awareness and suicide prevention. A Taco Tuesday Chipotle Event afterward benefits Light of Hope.
