The 4th Annual Happy Valley Preview Ride is a community event. Teamwork is key, especially with carpooling to Bald Eagle. You'll need to carry enough nutrition and fluids to get you through the climb and be ready to fix your own flat. Park with your license plate facing the drive aisle. This is a ride-at-your-own-risk event, and donations support the Rise Up Racing Scholarship Fund.
