About this race

The SARR Fall Training Program welcomes all levels. Choose from Walk2Run 5K for beginning runners or those wanting to speed up their current pace, Take on the 10K to step up to the next level, Walk/Run 13.1 for your first Half Marathon using walk/run intervals, or Let's Run 13.1, their most popular program. You Can Do 26.2 for a challenge. The 16-week schedule includes weekly Saturday AM endurance/long-run and Tuesday PM speed/hills sessions at various parks and greenways. Includes a SARR Training Team shirt and a 25% discount on Scallywompus races.
