About this race
Support NAMI Greater Wheeling and raise mental health awareness. The Stairs for Strides 5K challenges you to climb 350 stairs to show that mental and physical health are linked. A Family Friendly Mental Health Mile is also available. Participants receive a sweat headband, wristbands, and a participation coin. Afterward, enjoy the Wheeling Food Truck Festival at Heritage Port, with over 20 vendors and community mental health resources.
