About this race
May is National Mental Health Awareness Month. This event helps our community normalize seeking help. We're coming together to Stomp the Stigma surrounding mental health. The course begins and ends at the hospital, weaving through downtown. It's a day for families, with activities for kids. The first 150 finishers receive a medal, and every participant gets a t-shirt and swag bag!
