Run a fast, high-energy 5K on the Chocolate City Criterium course. This event, running 4 laps around the crit course, is part of a DC summer sports event, delivering a fun, fast atmosphere. There's an elite wave for sub-20 minute paces, and a wave for 20-45 minute paces.
