Mind Space Running's 1-Year Anniversary 5K is a morning focused on wellness, recovery, and community connection. We're "Running For My Mental Health" and celebrating Mind Space. A Synergy Drumline Pep Rally will energize runners, followed by a Red Bull Chill Zone for recovery and a Mad Chill Zone for socializing and post-run fun. A Makers Market Experience with local vendors will also be present. This community wellness experience brings everyone together.
