Trinona

Kids aged 5 to 15 can be introduced to triathlons. The Midwest's most scenic race course is available for adults. Swim beneath the Sugar Loaf peak in Lake Winona, cycle through the country, and finish with a flat, fast run along Lake Winona, ending at the historic Lake Park bandshell. Trinona offers Olympic and Sprint triathlons, Aquabike, and Duathlon options. Dogs are not allowed on the east half of Lake Park.
