Turkey Scramble 2026

The Turkey Scramble is a Thanksgiving morning race in Ozark, Missouri. It starts at 8:30 a.m. at the front of the OC. The main event is a 5k. There is also a doggie 5k for runners with a dog, a virtual 5k for those out of town, and a 1-mile fun run/walk for a shorter option. Packet pickup is available at Hometown Sports in Ozark the day before the race and again on race morning before the start. The 5k begins at the OC, circles the building, goes toward the Ozark Vo-Tech parking lot, and then heads by the Finley River before joining the OC Trail on the way back. Most of the route is level for walkers and runners, though the finish has a small slope. Ridge Runner Sports manages the finish line, Ozark Racing Systems handles timing, and awards are given at the event.
