White Lake Fall International & Double Sprint 2026

White Lake Spring International & Sprint is the second day of the White Lake Spring Triathlon weekend, held on the shores of White Lake in North Carolina. This event is Round 5 of the North Carolina Triathlon Series. Both the International-distance and Sprint-distance races start at The Grand Regal Resort at Goldston's Beach. The weekend begins with the White Lake Half Pro/Am. The following day features shorter races. Goldston's Beach is significant as the original location of the first White Lake Triathlon. The resort facilities, including a white sandy beach, restaurant and bar, sandwich shop, arcade, miniature golf, playground, and splash pad, provide amenities for families and teammates throughout the spring weekend.
