Women+ TakeOver at Bryce 2026

Women+ TakeOver at Bryce is a weekend of mountain biking at Bryce Bike Park in Basye, Virginia, centered on female+ riders and open to every skill level. Bryce Bike Park caters to cross-country riders but also offers newcomers a path into lift-access, gravity-fed park riding, with clinics designed to help riders gain confidence before they ride the mountain. The program includes the DownDuro MTB Race, friendly competitions, and a jump contest, functioning as both a race weekend and a riding camp. The riding extends beyond the bike park trails. Participants can join group rides to the lake, guided shuttles into the backcountry, explorations into the national forest, and rides on and off the mountain. The weekend also includes regional riders and business owners for socials, skills workshops, talks, panel discussions, evening events, and a vendor expo, fostering a community atmosphere separate from the racing.
