Trail Delle Mura

Trail Delle Mura begins after dark from Piazza San Zeno in Verona, providing a city-at-night atmosphere instead of a mountain-trail setting. This is an urban trail race on the National FIDAL calendar, organized by VRM TEAM A.S.D., covering approximately 17 km with about 400 meters of elevation gain. The meeting point opens on Saturday afternoon, and the race starts in the evening, with the exact time subject to change based on road closures. The course is predominantly on unpaved surfaces, requiring trail running experience despite remaining within Verona. Participation is open to adults, with FIDAL club runners, Runcard holders, and eligible athletes from sports promotion bodies permitted to compete under Italian regulations. Both men and women compete across categories including Juniores, Promesse, Seniores, and Masters. The event holds FIDAL Bronze status. Claudio Arduini is the responsible organizer.
