Winter Throws Series

The Winter Throws Series is a recurring athletics throws meet held at AUT Millennium Stadium, 17 Antares Place, Rosedale. It is a practical field-event series, not a road race. Athletes enter the field before events, pay a $5 daily fee, and compete using official implements. The competition structure is straightforward and focused. Events adhere to Athletics New Zealand competition rules, providing throwers with a rules-based meet environment during the winter season, free from a complicated entry process.
