Silesiaman Triathlon Bieruń 2026

The Silesiaman Triathlon Bieruń is a short 1/8 IM triathlon taking place in June at Lake Łysina in Bieruń. The field is limited to 300 participants, making it a focused local competition rather than a large-scale event. Athletes complete a swim in the lake, an asphalt bike course, and a run to finish, with electronic timing and age-group rankings provided. The swim start can be from the shore or the water. Wetsuits are permitted if the lake temperature is between 18-22°C. The bike leg is non-drafting, requiring helmets. Riders may use road, time-trial, triathlon, MTB, or gravel bikes. The run course consists of hardened dirt and forest roads, featuring aid stations, medical assistance, supervised swimming, and referees from the Polish Triathlon Association present.
