Le Finish on the Field 5k, c'est une course de 5K d'automne à Knoxville. Ça démarre à 8h00 du matin et ça se termine à l'intérieur du Covenant Health Park, dans le quartier de l'Old City. Une option de course virtuelle est aussi proposée. C'est la deuxième édition de l'événement et, pour l'arrivée, ils ont déménagé vers un nouveau ballpark. Des milliers de coureurs, des membres du Knoxville Track Club et des bénévoles participent. The Thompson Cancer Survival Center Race Against Cancer is an afternoon race organized by the Thompson Cancer Survival Center. Runners register before the start, and the race begins at 3:00 p.m. The day focuses on cancer survivors as much as the race itself. Before runners line up, the event includes a Survivor March and Photo, followed by a Tribute to Survivors.
