The route begins and ends at Arroyo del Oso Park, utilizing a dedicated course through Arroyo del Oso Golf Course. The event centers on the 4 F's: Family, Fun, Friendly, Free. Donations are optional, with proceeds supporting NHI programming for the upcoming year. Running Medicine offers an optional stretch circle before the races, strollers are permitted, the course can be quite bumpy, and pets are prohibited on the course.
