Les sentiers comme Cady Way Trail, Orlando Urban Trail, Shingles Creek Trail, West Orange Trail et Lake Baldwin Running Trail sont parfaits pour les sorties en Z2 tranquille ou les plus longues sorties de base. L'Orlando Runners Club se réunit le lundi au Winter Park Mellow Mushroom pour 3 ou 5 miles, et leur sortie du dimanche à Winter Park fait 6, 7 ou 10 miles. L'Orlando Social Run Club, lui, c'est plus relax le jeudi avec un 5K qui part de PIGZZA. Le Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend et le Labor Day 5K sont de bonnes courses pour se caler un objectif tranquille.
