The AMG Fitness Foundation invites everyone to their adaptive, virtual 5k, designed for people of all abilities. Complete any of AMG's three virtual activities: Adapt (adaptive exercises at your own pace), Move (a walk or push), or Gain (a full race). Registration is free, but we encourage a donation to support the AMG Fitness Foundation. This is our biggest fundraiser, helping us build an expanded video library to make fitness accessible for all. The last three years were a success, and we can't wait to see how you do the 5k the AMG Way!
