This walk builds awareness about the crisis of 22 veterans or service members taking their lives each day. It destigmatizes asking for mental health support and informs about available resources. During the Be the One Walk, 22 rocks are carried, representing this daily loss to suicide, with a ceremony at the end to remember those lost. Dedicate a rock in memory of a veteran or soldier.
