The Cougar Mountain Trail Run Series runs through a fern-lined forest, over hills, and along marshes and wetland habitats. Expect rolling hills, moderate climbs, and steep but short inclines. This cup-free event encourages refillable water containers. Your participation supports King County Parks, with $15 of every entry going directly to them. We run on lands where Native peoples were purposefully removed, and we carry forward the legacy of their stewardship by supporting Native neighbors and tribes. It's a test for trail runners of all experience levels, and training for a fall marathon or ultra.
