The Emile and Brooke Craig Memorial Run For the Kids, formerly the Crayola Classic, honors Emile and Brooke Craig, advocates for Region 8 children in need. The run provides clothes and school supplies to needy children in Rankin County, often their only source. Nearly 100% of funds go directly to these kids. It takes place at the Clyde Muse Center on the Hinds Community College campus. T-shirts are given to everyone who registers by 5/15. Earn a free entry by fundraising $50 or a team effort of $250 for up to five members.
