The 37th Annual event starts and finishes in historic Bryson City, meandering through the Deep Creek Community, the gateway to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Afterward, the Freedom Festival brings fun for the whole family, culminating in evening fireworks. Make a big holiday in a small town by adding whitewater rafting, a train ride, or waterfall hikes. Register early for a commemorative race shirt, and you might just beat the all-time course record!
