The 3rd Annual Framily 5K offers a day for friends, family, and pets. Explore the Grassland Loop Trail, winding through meadows, ponds, hilltops, and cedar glades. A quarter-mile paved loop is also available. Participate for free or upgrade for a t-shirt and timing chip. Proceeds support park programs and land care by Friends of Mill Ridge Park.
