Miles for Minds 2026

Miles for Minds is a 5K Run, Walk, and Roll at Roosevelt Park in Edison, New Jersey, scheduled for a Sunday in July. The main 5K is USATF sanctioned and timed, with an official runner bib and refreshments included in registration. It is set up for a wide range of participants, from first-time 5K runners to experienced racers. The shorter option is a 1-mile Walk & Roll Fun Run around Roosevelt Park's lake before the 5K starts. Walk & Roll participants get refreshments, but they are not timed, scored, or eligible for race awards. Fundraising is part of the event: anyone who raises at least $50 receives a T-shirt, and proceeds support the JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute, including equipment, research, and staff training for rehabilitation services.
