A sprint triathlon with swimming, cycling, and running. Start with a swim from Pennesseewassee Park beach on a triangular course. Transition to a bike ride up Route 118, turning onto Greenwood Road. Finish with a run through the Ashton neighborhood's paved roads. Compete individually or in 2-3 person relay teams. Open to all abilities, participants must be 18+. Proceeds benefit the Western Foothills Land Trust, protecting local land and managing trails, including Shepard’s Farm and Roberts Farm preserves with Bernard Langlais sculptures.
