The 11th Annual event features 5K, 1 mile, and 800m swim races, plus a SwimRun with an 800m swim, 5K run, and another 800m swim. The 5K swim is three loops; other races are one loop. This event occurs in a river subject to flow and runoff conditions. Water temperature is likely above 78º in early August, affecting wetsuit rules.
