43RD SEASHORE 5 MILER (SS Summer Series #8) 2026

The Seashore 5 Miler is a summer five-mile road race held at Grove Park in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, near the museum, visitor center, and Main Street offices. It is part of the SS Summer Series and also counts toward the Seashore Strider Championship Series, offering local runners another points race while accommodating casual entrants. The race is one of the oldest five-mile events in the area and Delaware, now in its 43rd running. It originated as the YMCA 5 Miler, was later the Henlopen 5 Miler, and is now named the Seashore 5 Miler. Grove Park hosts other Rehoboth races, including the Firecracker 5K, Sea Witch 5K, and Pumpkin Pie 5K.
