Tackle Sharp's Ridge on a moderately technical, flowing course. Gradually climb and descend the Sharp's Ridge trails. Maintain a pace faster than 18:00/mile to stay in the race. A kids' trail mile is available for the whole family at the Sharp's Ridge Rambler.
