The Al Mackler Cancer Foundation's race on the Atlantic City Boardwalk supports pediatric cancer research at St. Jude's Children Hospital and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Hospital. All proceeds are contributed to these causes. Finishers receive a race medallion and a 2026 commemorative T-shirt.
