The ROC Triathlon presented by TruePath Racing

Since 2010, this "late summer classic" features a shallow open-water swim, a super-fast, closed-to-traffic bike course, and a picturesque run along Lake Ontario and Seabreeze shorelines with crowds lining the pathway. The ROC Triathlon presented by TruePath Racing is a USAT-sanctioned event, offering qualifying slots for the National Championships. Divisions include High School, Age Group, Athena (females above 165lbs), Clydesdale (males above 225lbs), Duathlon, AquaBike, and a 5K Run.
