The Ruff 2026

Runnin' in the Ruff is a free annual trail run at Milaca Trails in Milaca, Minnesota. It offers a 10k and a 2-mile run/walk. Check-in begins in the morning, with the race starting at 10 am. Registration opens in the summer. The route follows trails over hills and ridges along the Rum River, presenting a wooded trail outing rather than a flat road race. The shorter option accommodates walkers and casual participants, while the 10k provides regular runners a longer course through the same trail system.
