Test your strength, endurance, and mental toughness across eight stations with interval runs. Challenges include an Assault Bike, Box Hop Burpees, Ski, Row, Farmer Carry, and Sled Push, plus two "MYSTERY ZONE" stations. Compete solo, in a doubles wave, or the Gym Champions Relay. A kids race concludes with a sense of accomplishment and a medal.
