SUMMER NIGHT 5K

The Summer Night 5K is an evening 5k run in London, Ontario, starting at Delilah's, previously Barking Frog. The event focuses on a short summer race, not a large marathon weekend. It features a main 5k and a 2k option suitable for beginners and children. The 2k follows an out-and-back route on the initial kilometre of the 5k course. The Kiddy Trot covers the last 250 metres to the finish line. Post-race, participants can gather on the patio with friends. Delilah's will provide a beer for adults and a burger.
