Mikulášský běh Zlín is a charity run in the Běhy Zlín series, held in Zlín-Louky with 5 km and 10 km options. The race uses a flat 5 km circuit, so the longer distance is built around the same loop. Half of the route is on asphalt and half is on a field path, which makes it simple underfoot but not just a road race.
The event raises money for Krtek, the children’s oncology foundation connected with pediatric oncology in Brno. It is built around a Saint Nicholas program for both children and adults, with warm refreshments and a tombola for runners and visitors. Entry includes a starter pack and a commemorative medal, so the day is set up for regular runners, families, and people who come mainly to support the charity.
